Today we will tell you how to make Afghani Chicken Kebab. The ingredients which are used in making this recipe are mentioned below. Please follow the same procedure and give your feedback in the comment section.

Marinade Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breasts 4
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • Kebab masala 1 tbsp.
  • Curd 2 tbsp.
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers as needed

Kebab Masala Ingredients:

  • Fennel seeds 500 g
  • Cumin seeds 500 g
  • Cloves 500 g
  • Cardamom 500 g
  • Cinnamon 500 g
  • Bay leaf 500 g

Preparation:

  • Dry roast the kebab masala ingredients and grind into powder store/keep in a airtight jar. Use 1 tbsp. for the recipe.
  • Cut the meat in 1” or 2” cubes.
  • Blend the marinade, add chicken cubes and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Then barbecue or grill in electric oven after skewing.
